How to Use Command™ Hooks to Hang Curtains

No need to drill when installing your curtains! You can use wall hooks instead to secure your curtain rod or pole. Our recommendations: Use Command™ Forever Classic Large Metal Hooks or Command™ Large Designer Hook. Here's a quick tip to learn how.

Materials needed:

  • If more than one hook is used to hold an item, make sure that the weight is evenly distributed between the hooks. Hooks need to be level when holding rods. When more than one hook is used to hold an item, the total weight capacity remains the same as one hook.

NOTE: Follow all Command™ Brand package instructions for proper surface cleaning and prep, adhesive strip placement and recommended weight claims.

Instructions:

  • How to hang curtains with Command hooks

Simply place one Command™ Forever Classic Large Metal Hook or Command™ Large Designer Hook on each side of a window.

  • Curtain hung with hooks for curtain

Lay a nickel-plated curtain rod or pole across the hooks to display your curtains. Voilà! Curtains are up—without nailing or damaging your walls.
